Disney+ enters media agreement with Sportbladet

Disney+ and Sportbladet enters agreement to further fuel the excitement around the upcoming season of UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League. The tournaments are streaming exclusively in Sweden on Disney+ starting September 25. Sportbladet will have the rights to show clips from both leagues.

With the new agreement, Sportbladet will get the rights to show clips from UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League, while Disney+ will be stronger positioned towards the important football community and fans, which Disney+ is on a mission to super-serve with their new football offering.

Rights secured for 2024-2027

The media rights to UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League, which Disney+ have secured for the seasons 2024-2027 will be enriched through high-quality studio content, commentary and expert analysis of key matches in both tournaments, building upon The Walt Disney Company’s extensive experience with sports through their sports brand ESPN. All UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League live matches will be available to Swedish subscribers on Disney+ from 59 SEK with no additional cost.
