The process to find her replacement is already underway.

Mette Krogsrud has been Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer at Schibsted since the beginning of 2019, and has served as a member of the Executive Management Team for the entire period. She has decided to leave Schibsted for a position in the global leadership advisory and executive search company, Spencer Stuart.

“Mette has been a highly valued member of the executive management team at Schibsted. She has spearheaded important change processes, especially within our People function, which will benefit and strengthen Schibsted long after she has left the company. We’re going to miss Mette, but understand that her competence and deep knowledge are sought after, also outside the Schibsted family”, says Kristin Skogen Lund, CEO of Schibsted.

“Schibsted is a great company with an amazing team. I have very much enjoyed contributing to the strong progress achieved by the team across a broad agenda. I am both impressed and proud of the teams’ achievements and confident that the progress will remain strong. Now I look forward to working again with clients across Norway and internationally to advise on their leadership and organisational development agendas”, says Mette.

She will assume her new position in November. The process to find her replacement has already started, with aims to find an internal replacement candidate who will be announced in September.
