For the sixth year in a row, Abelia and ODA* have nominated Norway’s 50 top tech women. The aim of the award is to highlight the many important and talented women who work in the technology industry, to inspire inspiration and promote diversity.
Bente Ulvestad, Development Director at FINN
“This is such a nice and positive recognition which I am incredibly happy and proud of,” says Bente Ulvestad. “A big thank you to all the great people I work with at FINN for everything they have taught me. They have really contributed to me constantly evolving and growing! I also want to thank FINN for giving me the opportunity to try new things and challenges. It has been and is an absolutely incredible journey. I have worked in FINN and with technology for over 16 years, and have never been bored. A career in technology is truly something I would recommend anyone!”
Bente began her career in FINN in 2006 as a developer. She has had various roles including Tech lead, Team lead, Area leader and in recent years as Development Director. Holds a Master of Science from the University of Bergen.
Zuzanna Zygadlo-Stenberg, Technology Strategy Lead, Schibsted Products and Technology AS
“It’s so incredibly nice to be nominated! And what a great honour to be on this list with so many amazing tech women that I look up to,” says Zuzanna Zygadlo-Stenberg, Technology Strategy Lead in Schibsted Products and Technology AS. “I hope that with this, I can contribute to even more fabulous ladies choosing to work in digital technologies. There are so many exciting and varied roles and challenges waiting, everything from coding to strategy. The possibilities are endless. In addition, there is an extremely high demand for technologists now – and it does not look like this need will be satisfied in the short run.”
Zuzanna started at Schibsted in May 2020 as Technology Strategy Lead. She has previously worked as CTO at Nordeca AS, and as IT security at Nets Norway AS. Zuzanna has an Executive Master of Business from BI, and a Master’s Degree from NTNU in Trondheim. She also holds a Diplôme d’Ingénieur ENSIMAG from Grenoble / France.
Linn Hege Helle, Chief Customer Officer in Tibber
“This is so cool! Promoting female role models in tech is incredibly important, and I’m really happy to get such recognition,” says Linn Hege Helle. “To be part of this journey and be at the forefront of what the energy market of the future should look like is incredibly exciting and I am humbled by the trust I have gained, and not least the opportunity to develop with the company.”
Linn has worked in Tibber since 2018, where she started out as Head of Customer Experience. She has previously worked as a Project manager in Knowit Experience. She has a Master of management in project management and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School.
